riot, please, do something about items, they win or lose almost every game i play singlehandedly, you can get the 3 star renecton before the first real round but he is nothing without his items, other then very specific sets of typings champions barely matter at all especially in the endgame, being able to watch 2 star singeds and 3 star olafs lose because they didnt get the morellos or attack items is absolutely catastrophic, and the fact that phantom dancer is the reason assasins are completely unplayable, and you cant even roll for items. let me say it again YOU CANNOT ROLL FOR THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTORS IN WINNING A GAME, they are simply handed to you or not handed to you, even though players have been begging since beta there has been no way to reroll items or get more if you get screwed by rng, you just have to lose. and the spatula, dont get me started on the spatula you put one spatula in the starting picks, and from then on its property of last place or a rare item, A RARE ITEM, the same rarity as a fully built double item, in fact making a spatula less common then normal items is admitting there is a problem with being able to pick them on carousel.
