Plz buff bramble vest
Whats the point of nerfing it so that rangers and mages destroy you if they dont get close, barely any point in building this item anymore. Thornmail was better.

I agree it is pretty useless now...
The point of combining it with PD is so tanks stop getting 1-shot by Assassins. Because reworking/removing Assassins would make too much sense.
Regardless of claims that it was "nerfed" or that it's "useless" and whatnot, at least it now has a use beyond only on Braum. Does it need a buff though? Probably. So I voted Yes.
