Please adjust Glacials' freeze chance

I'm not even sure why Glacials is still in this set considering how annoying they were last set. If you really, really want glacials to stay in the game, please reduce the freeze chance for each "level" for the glacial trait. It's not fun sitting there and dying right away because your own units can't move. I have not played the new glacials myself on this new set, so I don't know if the values have been adjusted or not, but they sure don't feel like it.

However, I think the issue also lies with items. Nobody liked playing against the 3-star Ashe with double Shojin and Guinsoo from last set. I don't know who the new "Ashe" in this set will be as it is still relatively new to the live servers, but I am thinking it will be someone like Ezreal or Olaf. I strongly believe that the trait itself and several items need to be adjusted (or removed) so they don't completely make or break an entire trait/class.

Don't change the chance but add a cooldown to the proc of 10 seconds. So maximum of 6 stuns every 10 seconds and the same unit cannot get lucky and spam stun from ranged or something.

Something like this could work as well. Maybe some kind of immunity timer where you can't get re-frozen after being frozen by a glacial. So like if you get frozen by a glacial and after you get un-frozen,, you're immune to glacial trait freeze, but can still be CC'd by anything else.

They're one of the only ccs in this set for the most part and there's nothing like Sejuani anymore

Olaf + Guinsoo does stun a lot but he's also a melee carry that can be bursted. Ezreal just isn't worth complaining about, he isn't Set 1 Ashe at all. He's a poke character that occasionally stuns and his ability doesn't focus his same target so he's usually easy to drop. Olaf comps are really good but not because of Glacial, but because Berserker synergy enables him hard. 2 Glacial/6 Berserker is way better than 4 Glacial/3 Berserker. An extra 20% chance to stun at a big damage cut on a team full of low AS units is shitty, Olaf is the only one attacking enough to enable it and he needs damage in order to be useful.

Seriously you've never seen stuff like Light Zed or 6 Inferno if you think Glacial is breaking Set 2 lol

The problem with the Olaf comp is the addition of Poison prevents burst damage. Mundo is a Berserker, so you only have to inject one Glacial and two Poison to reach permanent crowd control---that's not a lot for the ability to shut down the entire enemy team.

Even a Shadow composition (one of the most burst-heavy compositions) will seriously struggle to kill the Olaf because Singed just runs down the team and spreads the mana increase cost on everyone. And it's becoming very apparent how high the power level of this comp is, as I'm starting to see it in my almost every game. You have to be way ahead of the Olaf comp to overwhelm it as the moment Olaf pops off, he can solo 3-4 carries.

I see a lot of similarity to season Set 1's pre-nerf Assassin---it's just too easy to make for something so unbelievably strong. Light Zed is way, way harder to assemble since Light requires a lot of specific pieces and many of them are blatantly weak until you assemble your synergies. And I'm reaching the same point where in my games I'm like, "Ugh, another Olaf comp took the game."

The other problem is that the only counter to olaf glacial is olaf glacial abusing the fact that glacial trait ignores olaf's cc immunity.

That's an 8 piece comp and Shadow should already be well invested into something like Mages, Berserkers, Blademasters or Summoners by that point. Poison also requires really contested units, Twitch and Singed are in high demand. If someone building 6 Bersekers is just allowed to take one while having Mundo as well then that tells me people just didn't put priority on Predators, Rangers, or Poison in general.

Also I don't know why its fine for you to assume that the Olaf comp will have Poison + Singed but it can't be assumed that there's other completed comps with major 5 cost. Does no one else have a Lux that fits their comp? Does no one else use Zed in Assassins/Summoners/Light? Also if you're running a Mage focused Shadow comp you should have Ocean as well as access to tears and the ability to draft 2 Rangers. I really fail to see just how poison on its own prevents you from at least being able to have a double Veigar ult or Malz bugs on the board, sure it dramatically reduces how many casts you get but you should be starting fights with kills. Olaf has to spend like 3-6s on someone to kill them.

I lost a game to this hard. made it into the top 2 with a ridiculous shojins 3 star malz + a bunch of summoners. literally swarmed the map with units, only to lose because of an olaf with bloodthirster+hextech
