And also people who use hextech win due to then having more items, effectively making them win because of item stacking. Hextech is simply too strong atm and has to be nerfed asap. 8 seconds is way too long.

from my experience, it's the other way around. For people with many items it's easy to deal with hextech, just don't place them next to each other and it's fine. But if you don't have much items, chances are high that the hextech will target your main carry and shut you down.

you can just place one item somewere in the frontlines and stack the items backline since it will target the closest one it wont hit the important items

was watching a disguised toast stream and he dealt with hextech pretty handily by just spreading all his units out
