In queue for 12 hours

I was in the PBE queue for 12 hours. Fix the approx wait time : obviously when it says approx wait time 1hour i dont expect to wait 12 fix your position in queue: got bumped several time from below 9k to over 9k fix logging in : got several errors when i finally did reach the end of this godforsaken queue. if there is some type of queue skipping cut that shit out. im just so surprised that five m ( a mod for gta5) and gmod servers have queues worked out with approx wait time and players infront of you but riot cant figure it out? is everyone on vacation? did you fire everbody? have they just given up? are skins just that much more important than the actual base of the game?
