Remove anon pinging

Obviously it wont do much but when you see something like watching chase Shacos stream or a youtube video of what happened(link posted) you can see that there is a clear problem with the way its being used. Removing the fact it hides who is pinging is the only change that should be made in my opinion, it wont stop win trading but it will possibly expose a few. Also i wasn't aware but its a bit odd that someone would have the power to take the server down that it being played on at will.

Even if you changed it so when you watch the games demo you can see who was pinging that could help the situation, as from the recent win trading expose trend i noticed that the anon ping is used in more of a negative way then it does any good.
