team synergy buffs

in my opinion, the team buffs are too depended on to win games, id much rather take those out and give each champ 2 abilities to choose between for some variation in fights and comps. obviously some buffs are better than most and thats all you see in game and it gets boring. plus id rather build a team comp that i want and not have to build because of specific buffs
