Practice tool for TFT

It would be really nice if there was a Practice tool for TFT similar to what we have for Summoners Rift. Where we could freely pick items and units we want and test out team comps and stuff. As of now if you want to try out a specific build you can play 10 games and still not get the right items or units. This would mean we could see more diversity in ranked games since it would give us a chance to try out what counters the current meta, or people could simply theory craft and test out comps they wanted to try but don't want to lose a game if it turns out to be bad.
