Didn't register ranked TFT game...

So i played my first TFT ranked game and got placed in Iron 1. Then i played a second game, where i got 5th place which meant nothing happened with my rank. Then i played a third game, which i won, but this game was never registered. After the game i was still in Iron 1, and under my rank it said 2/5 placements. Why did it not register my third ranked game? And if it did, why did nothing happen to my rank after a win?

There is no indicator that you are playing ranked on the TFT launch screen. (poor design)

Going from one window to another can get you signed up for normal matches while you think you are signed up for ranked. Every time you leave the TFT launch screen, you need to double check you are still signed up for ranked.
