i am the only one to find hextech overrated?

i went off for some time and back and all i see is huge hextech hate , i went into some games to see it [normal games because my rank queue takes 5+ mins and i am the kind who like to wait :P] and i barely see why the hate.

dont get me wrong its a nice tech buff at 2 and could get a duration nerf at 2 hextech but the hate is a little bit to much on it imo.

note : i am talking about the buff it self not the units, vi and jinx are beasts and vi is already in a strong synergy
