TFT Patch 10.4 Notes PBE Glacier Changed,Nami Buffed

In previous patch notes from TFT, Riot said it has been “going on since 10.2 with the theme of strengthening the weak rather than weakening the strong ones.” This may also be true for the TFT patch 10.4 notes .

There’s a great new effect for the Glacial Champions to control, and the basic attacks of the glaciers are now throwing an extra punch and having the chance to stun their opponents.
