LoL 10.4 Patch Notes PBE

The latest update also featured Yuumi and Jinx skins , this time three champions got Blood Moon skins: Katarina, Master Yi and Tryndamere.

Riot wants to make some buff changes in this patch. While Garen and Amumu are getting buff, Soraka and Sett seem like got nerf. Some of the rinse changes also come with the patch of 10.4.
