Besides not knowing how exactly to play, I got absolutely shit for items, and from a lot of complaints so have a lot of people.

Besides the starting point having its own RNG, And champion rolls having RNG, Do we really need Item RNG?

Another way to fix this item is to use some of the UI space for an Item Market...
