[Suggestion] "Ready" option for 2nd and 3rd minion wave.

How about a "ready" button for 2nd and 3rd minion waves. And the first wave will automatically start once everybody has placed down their champion (forced "ready" upon placing, picking up the champion will unready you automatically).

I mean, I get there could be a strat for losing 4hp on the first wave to pick earlier, but it's a terrible idea to drop your own chance of having items. Nobody would do it, and it's way better to just save ourselves the 10-45 seconds early on.

Also, add it to a hotkey since people like hotkeys.
