Viegar, why does he not prioritize lower level champions?
It seems to me Viegar should be targeting lower level Champions with his ultimate. It is really lackluster if its targeting anything but. Is this intended or a bug?

It would be nice if he did.
Like starting from 2-star, when full mana he should look for 1-star champions within range. If there is none, hit anything else.
With 3-star, look for 2-star champions within range first, then 1-star champions, else hit whatever.
I had a game once where I had a Veigar... and he pretty much exclusively used his ult on champions with magic immunity/resistance, if there were any. For instance, if there was a Garen, he'd ult him while he was spinning. If there was a Shyvana with the dragon buff, he'd ult her, and if there was a champion with the Dragon's Claw, he'd ult them exclusively as well. All of this, even if he was auto attacking someone completely different, and it would be every ult he'd cast during that round! Got pretty annoying really fast lol. Like, come on Veigar, ult literally anyone else lmao.
Mine focuses people who have the 1 item that makes them mostly resistant to magic :)
While it would make sense, and veigar could use a buff in my opinion, that would be too reliable, and almost no champions are reliable right now so i think that would make him unfair.
I had my Blitz in a 1v2 stop mid-auto from killing a 1 hp hero, grab the one next to him, and then start auto'ing him instead when he would've won if he focused the lower HP target.
The AI is still really, really, really dumb in this game.
everything is kind of random on this game mode. My characters try their best to kill gnar then once he turns beast they turn to another character and leave him with like 1/4 health pounding on them. Why even focus him in the first place? This is why assassins are probably the best. They know who to go for.
