Veigar Ult bypasses Dragon (2) synergy
As the title says. Veigar is doing damage (not just killing outright) any dragon with its immunity up.

Did you read the patch notes at all?
Dragons aren't immune to magic anymore so I'm assuming if Veigar has more stars than the dragon, he will still kill it.
