Your RNG was off the charts in terms of items and champion card pulls. the game was literally throwing Dravens, Swains, and MF's at you, while u somehow had a T1 champion ranked to 3stars even though u obviously didn't play to fish for T1 champs. And your items were just ridiculous. Minus the Warmogs that could have been better, but it still wasn't a bad roll.

I wish I could ever have a game like that.
