That's the most anti fun combo. The strat is so toxic i saw one on a 1 star pyke who just wrecked because he could stun so often. Either double of the same item shouldn't be allowed or pyke really needs a huge mana pool to make it less effective or the item needs to have an internal cd on its mana recovery.
pyke isn't the only champ ive seen abuse double spear. lulu and asol are also super toxic.
Items should probably be unique. Also, certain items just need a nerf. Phantom Dancer and Shojin mostly. Assassins also need a nerf - mostly due to Pyke.
Per-champion unique, please. Stacking Lockets on multiple champions? Legit. Stacking Rageblades or Spears of Shojin on one champion? Not so much.
Honestly, pyke is fine now after the fix to Shojin and the nerf to his stun duration. He's pretty annoying if they 2-star him early, but good positioning can make him useless. He doesn't have great synergies, and pretty much always gets sold late game to put the items on a real carry like ASol or Ashe.
I do like the idea of items being unique though; it would also be useful as a second way to bounce an item off of someone you don't want it on, like bouncing a second BF sword or something off of someone that already has a BT. (The only other way is to turn the item into a type item that's already on the character, like making Blade of the Ruined King on a blademaster or Ghostblade on an assassin).
