i dont think the new talon is fair

new talon cant be caught in the jungle unless he wants to be. kinda tilting and pretty unfair in my opinion and possibly an unhealthy gimmick that the game doesn't need mobility creep is already a huge legitimate problem. I was optimistic watching videos online about the assassin update but now im less optimistic for the results. only time will tell I suppose. how does everyone feel about this example in particular?

Mobility becomes less of an issue as more and more champions have mobility. Talon's changes aren't game breaking though his damage may need to toned down early.
