Playing TFT, I feel like Fiora is a really underwhelming champion where she can't really carry that much and her parry barely does anything except for the stun and occasionally ACTUALLY parrying things. I feel like they should change Fiora's ability from parry to her OLD ultimate (Blade Waltz) which I feel would be much more useful in TFT. If they do change her ability they should also change her rarity.

After some time. I actually agree she should get another buff. I used to play blademasters with Fiora having 3 items on her, but that was before I found out 3 item Aatrox outshines her by far. So right now, I only use her to get blademasters buff and will replace her the moment I get tier 2 draven as Shen and Aatrox are a must and if you have Draven it is better to take Darius/Katarina/Swain for the double damage buff than keeping her.
At very least, her ability needs to be always redirected to nearest living unit. That might make her bit more viable.

It would be nice if she actually ulted the target she was attacking instead of ulting on a full health guy then returning to melee her target.

In some situations sure, it should be better if she used it on the low hp unit she is fighting but in other situations stunning the other nearby unit can be much more beneficial.
However what happens quite often is that Fiora starts channeling her spell and the target she was fighting (or rather which the spell chosen already at the start of casting) dies and she ults into void stunning nobody despite there are other targets close she could stun.
BTW just won with Fiora carry team. Got t3 Fiora before golems, on top of that I started with BF and got tear, bow and rod so I put it all on her, rageblade + SoS, she solocarried all matches in early/mid game. At raptors I had spare cloak so I put it on her and I was able to take another BF from carousel which was BT. And if she somehow got low, lulu ulted her and she kept going. In the end, I lost 3 times in row against 3shapechanger/6sorcerers team, but after last carousel I was finally able to roll third Draven and the imperial buff were applied on him. With some luck of mana draining his t2 aurelion by demon spatula lulu, I was able to win against his t3 Shyvana with 3 items.

It is a problem.
Fiora's job is damage, she isnt on the team for her crowd control. Her not ulting her target means she is killing her target much more slowly. Stunning a different target than the one she is attacking doesnt reduce damage, because her original target is attacking her for longer because it lives longer.
Heroboy101 votesFiora is one of the best champs in the game, not as carry, but as tank. Give her Dragon's Claw, Phantom Dancer and Warmog or even Rageblade and you will laugh watching how they're trying to take down an unbeatable tank 3 star Fiora.
You will see that a tank Fiora is stronger than a tank Garen, Warwick and Braum because her ability has a low mana cost. This means more stuns/blocks. Remember, a stronger tank gives more time to your carry to finish their job.
And if you succeed to manage 6 nobles, then it will be a certain win.
