Thresh's hook hitbox

Every time i'm up against a thresh, I see a hook coming at me and i dodge and i feel like im out of the hook range but somehow it always hits me at the very tip. I feel like the hitbox at the end of the hook is a bit big and the width of the hook also when it gets to the end. Can someone fix the hitbox because I get very angry when i get hooked when im not in range of it
