Resolution to Half of the Randomness and Champion "Luck" draws!!

@ Riot. Allow the option to see One more champion every round in the pool of options. Boom! Takes care of most peoples complaints. the 'randomness' will stay the same, yet people will still get what they need. This Will Not solve everything, but honestly should take care of a lot.
