Lulu Ult is a Heal - So red buff should prevent it

Gaining health is what healing IS. Before her ult, you have less health and after her ult you have more health. That's the definition of a heal.

If her ult merely increased your max health bar, then you wouldn't get any health. The fact that you get more health means its a heal.

Red buff should be able to prevent Lulu's heal. There are plenty of items that completely negate a champion altogether, why should this be an exception?

Its not a "heal". Its granting bonus Max hp. You have the same % of health, so therefore it isn't a heal.

There's a difference between gaining and regenerating (aka healing) HP.

Lulu's ability specifically says "Lulu grants an ally bonus Health". It doesn't say "Heal an ally". To contrast, Warwick is "while healing himself".

Red Buff description has "disable healing".

No. I'm totally fine with it countering an item, since items counter so many things already.

This is sounds terrible and nerfs Lulu to irrelevancy against any team that uses anti-healing because she's going to ult the guys that are getting focused and it already punishes her because those effects tend to have -max hp % dmg so they deal more dmg since they have more max hp under Lulu's growth.
