My personal thoughs on TFT, and how to improve some art things

Hi all, i played a lot TFT recently, and i have some suggestions.

Ok, everyone talks about item balance, that is right, or some mechanic bug/unbalance, that can be improved for sure.

But I'm here to talk about the art side. There are some things that can be improved to make it more feel a League of Legends game, and not a random autochess.

Audio Side

  • Tone up the music volume, i like the initial theme, and i would like to hear it more, maybe with skin maps the music could change (as you said, you will expand to other game universe, i would for sure shop a dark star themed map with the dark star theme playing in the background). Also an epic music during the carousel could be great.
  • Champion quotes: Champions seems to be shy, talking only when you pick them, and sometime randomly when a round ends. And the volume is way too low, it's hard to understand what the champion is saying. I like to feel the character of a character, like in a real teamfight where everyone screams their skills in a war cry. In TFT characters barely talks and really seems just plain chess pieces.
  • Environment: There is a cool river, with flowing water, a lot of trees and nature. I would like to HEAR them, the game has a lot of empty moments, and while you watch for the timer to expire, it could be cool to appreciate the environment. Also it could have more space to run by with little legends.

Graphic Side

  • Shaders: With the mode, to make the silver and golden effects, you changed the shader on the models, making them react to light. But your models with handpainted textures aren't made to react a light. So the feel is to have a fan-made animation with a standard 3d engine lighting, resulting in a poor result.
  • Dithering: The camera is a little far compared to the normal game camera, so champs have a bad dithering around them, wich adds to the poor visual of the shaders.
  • Animations: I noticed that some animations are slowed down/speed up (like the bugged graves attacks). But for minions they only basic attack, stops, and then basic attacks again. Slow the attacks animation and make it continue with the 2nd attack animation like in-game. Bonus animation: Characters should use animation of attacks from other skills, like nidalee in cougar form, could attack (visually) using Q and E, maybe E for crits. Only autoattacking animations feels like a teamfight where everyone crashed and their champs are left autoattacking.

Lemme know your thoughts, my english is horrendous but i think you will get what i am thinking. Rito, show you!!![slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

what about the RNG side? Shouldn't be a 1 in 8 chance of winning, due to probability, in reality it feels like a 1 in 20 chance.
