Summoners needs to be set up like Ninjas was

Summoners dominates because it creates too many targets. Those targets don't go away when you kill the associated champion. Sure give a buff for having one. Then require all to get the next buff. When your champs target the associated targets to the enemy champions the enemy champ targets your champ while he/she is busy targeting a plant or something. It's too much. Not to mention the fact that there are 2, 4 gold summoners. It's just too over powered.
