Why are is the champ still called Kindred if Lamb's the only one who's there? Whatever happened to "Never one without the other"?

This is an absolute pipe dream, but maybe riot is holding off on implementing wolf so he can become his own character and have a direct synergy with Lamb.
He's voiced by Matt Mercer, so he is best boy
Honestly it would have been really cool had they like made her ult instead a brief time in which wolf became who you play, kinda as a way to finish your enemy who is trying to get away, you could have it where you ult an enemy(voice line "this one is yours"), it immediately marks them and you change to wolf and lamb regresses to the background for the duration, passive is movement speed toward marked enemy ("Those who run"), -Q is kinda like yummis q but instead wolf himself is the missile using the animation from kindreds current e, -W is a skill shot from lamb that grants vision of target and does minor damage,-E ("No more words") I would like to say a silence just for the voice line but I can see a lot of people not wanting to bring back single target silence( even if we left aoe silence in the game) but maybe a melee range aa reset that also grounded the target, and repress of R could be ("Tear out their throat") wolf lunges forward and if he hits does damage.When the ult times out or after reuse of R Lamb comes back out("Well hunted, Dear wolf") just ideas obviously this was just spurn of the moment thought I could see where it would cause problems with her current identity as it would remove a giant portion of her teamfight power but I also feel the current ult really dosn't fit her thematically as they are the bearers of death not the saviors life, but that's an opinion, Thoughts?
I think wolf is also the one who marks enemies.
They're adding Wolf in patch 9.14! as a... crit animation... great...
Already addressed. Wolf is being added in 9.14 and will be Kindred's crit animation.
But yeah the bigger question is when has the character EVER felt like "Lamb and Wolf" when Lamb does 98% of the work.
They even have accepted their failure into interpreting kindred's theme but they are not doing anything about it! The audacity! They don't deserve to be a company!!!
you're right we should just get both out so phantom is an actual lategame comp and that dumbass ult isn't there
