As far as balance goes there's pretty much a counter for everything right now. I've noticed that under Plat there's a few comps that if made well will just run through the ranks like it's no big deal. I think this is due to the hard reset of the rankings...When I was in Bronze and Silver I was asking everyone in chat what rank they left off at in Set 1 and in Silver I was playing with so many diamond players...so it really didn't feel like I was in the correct rank. This sucks for new players or people still learning that are in Gold or under and have to deal with the more experienced players ranking up to where they're experience fits them. At least the LP loss is pretty small and winning a game gives you a good sum right now.
