Can Pyke get a cost increase? His ability has way too much impact for such a low cost champ

The ability to stun half or an entire team based on nothing but RNG targeting even once is devastating and yet Pyke is so easy to grab and upgrade due to his absurdly low cost that it's stupid NOT to grab and max him whenever you see him as an option.

Increase his cost to at least 4 so hes on par with the likes of with similarly devastating CC abilities you have to invest heavily to upgrade.
