who the hell thought it was a good idea to put an execute combo + poison its have simply no counterplay you can't use skill and even tank item are useless because they execute you... same with zyra and her 50000 plant on the map
Predator by itself is quite absurd, because of the execute thing.
But is true that is a total destrroying thing if you combine it with poison, and that is easy to do because Kog'maw is both things and costs 1 gold.
I feel summoner heavy builds are not an instant win at all. And a tier 2 Zyra's utility drops rapidly as the game progresses. There just isn't enough damage from going all summoners in my experience so far. I definitely see malzahar, yorick and annie doing some serious work in some builds with other synergies beyond just summoners. I rarely see Zed being used, and I'm not even sure I've ever seen a tier 2 Zed in play, even with a fair bit of hours on PBE before this went live. Zed just seems to melt as a one tier without any other assassins to go in with him unless you get warmogs on him.
Well Light + Summoners definitely seems strong, but personally I haven't managed to make Summoners work for me, with a lot of them I don't even know what items would be good on them except for mage spatula.
Poison + predators though is pretty strong, I do think this is mostly because the poison units themselves are incredibly strong by themselves, even without any origins/class synergies. (except for Kog, he needs predator to be good)
I just ran a predator + poison comp and I can say it is pretty strong, but I also got 3rd since I'm still re-learning with all the changes. I do find it funny if you manage to get lucky enough and get 
how he just walks across the board like he got time for none of the shit going down. Granted to me he didn't seem as strong, but I only got one of him and he just was walking/had rem on.
I think the problem I can see with pred + poison is mostly if you turn a poison into a pred as well, adding to the double damage. I also think its a little bit too early to judge on some comps as its mostly by experience per person and game. I'm not saying its not powerful and it needs nerfing, but I think a week is enough time to really play around and judge.
I want to experiment with zerker poison next. I found mundo to be nice and dangerous and if I gotten the chance I probably would have built warmogs onto him along with ga for survival.
Looks like everything is absurd and thanks to that - nothing is. Predator and Poison? Add Light to this list... and Inferno because damage OP... and Olaf = Berseker/Glacial 😅

Predator is an early-midgame comp. It falls off like a brick and depends on hyper rolling. It'll likely get you top 4 if you get some 3 stars from it and most people aren't contesting it. Poison runs much better with Mundo, Twitch, Singed. If you want to keep your Predators you can definitely pick up 2 of those instead of all 3, but I find your damage will definitely suffer for it. It's better to do Poison + Rangers or Poison + Berserkers.
Summoners on the other hand are really stupid. Starts with 2/3 Inferno in the synergy, about 1/3 are early units too. Zyra might be the best tier 1 unit and Malzahar enables Shadow, which is possibly the best synergy available. Desert isn't too popular unless you're running Assassins so Azir isn't the hardest 3 star to pick up so you can have Summoners popping off pretty early. Yorick and Zed also are likely the best in their tier, however Yorick tends to fit Light comps better. But if you get a Light Spat on Zed and grab 1 other Light unit, its basically auto-win.
Their transition isn't the easiest to pull off, but its fairly easy and you can dip into multiple synergies that compliment it very well. Whether your secondary is Inferno, Shadow, or Light all of them will be strong. They've already nerfed it on PBE and its STILL really good if that tells you anything.
