Were you paying attention to what other people were upgrading?
The champion pool is shared, so if you see two other people with a 2 star Lucian, that means it's time to move on as you aren't going to find him anymore.
Lucian is fairly rare and isnt a good starting choice, ontop of the gunslingers being bugged.....and well, him dashing into the enemy team every now and then, makes him real bad.
*Unimpressive default damage *Kiting doesnt work well unless you stack items on him *Maxed class bonus does not work. *Difficult to upgrade.
In essence, these are why you should never use him as a main carry of any kind, either you just grab him for the noble´s comp or for the gunslingers whenever they get fixed......although its actually a question if Graves isnt better than him, easier to upgrade and does more damage although you´d end up relying on getting MF to max the comp if ignoring lucian which is a huge lottery case.
Just sell him and put his item on someone else...is this really something to complain about?
