just gonna do a opinion poll to see in what community thinks about tft rng, compared with normal rift matchmaking.
to make it short, the question is "What is more fucked up about LOL, they matchmaking system for ranking or the RNG on the new gamemode TFT? (including both item drop chance, and reroll system)"
Feel free to argue/explain your opinion in comments tho.
I'ma go with RNG, in the last two games I played 1 pre-patch, 1 after, it has taken me until stage 5-6 and 6-4 to 2* my Ashe's. Can't complain about items or matchmaking, I don't get boned like that.
I'm not feeling too strongly about matchmaking, but I do have an axe to grind about the rng. Like who needs a goddamn 1 dollar in comparison to a item. really? even worse the gold is given at the basis that you had 0 items from that round. supposed fix should be: guaranteed at least 1 item per round for everyone, not giving you 1 shitty gold while someone else can get 2+ items.
but still matchmaking doesnt seem to work quite well since I ran into a few people who were first time players while I had played for 30+ times. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
