why does riot thinks powercreep is solution for everything?

litreally this mode is like max a month old and they alerdy want to ruin it at incredibly speed with their stupidly amount of broken things, like seriously why creature hextech when all we need is just to fix the items drop chance, not to make enemy being able to nullify my only item i own.
