Mockup for a re-organized Little Legend selection menu

In my opinion, the layout of the Little Legend menu could be improved. Currently, the Little Legends are listed alphabetically, which makes sense at first, right? The champions are listed alphabetically in champion select, after all.

However, Champion Select has a search bar. And a favorites feature. And ways to sort the champion list. And a lot of us have been playing the game for years, so we have champion names memorized.

Little Legends, by comparison, are much newer. Champions have proper names, but the Little Legends generally have species names. If you're looking for the penguin, do you scroll down to where "P" should be, or do you remember "oh, wait, those guys are actually called 'Featherknights"? Each time a new set is added, it affects the order of the list greatly. Adding 3 new options to a list of 16 affects it more than adding one new champion to a list of 140+.

The pop-up window for Little Legends is also much smaller than the champion select screen. It doesn't even allow us to see 2 full options at the same time. Once you click the skin you want, it opens another submenu showing how many ranks/stars you have for it. If you decide that you want to swap to another skin, the whole menu resets and you have to scroll again to find what you're looking for.

I suggest organizing the list by Series. This will group similar options together (For example, the Star Guardian or True Damage lines), it will organize them by release date, and allow you to see more on the screen at the same time.

Once you click the Legend you want, then it opens a submenu of their skins. It also shows your available ranks/stars for each, allowing you to easily compare your options.

I know this is a relatively small gripe. I also know that the TFT lobby gives you unlimited time to pick your Little Legend. However, I also like to use Little Legends for ARAM. I usually try to find one that matches the skin of my champion. Time runs out quick when you're dealing with rerolls, trading, runes , summoner spells, and little legends.
