Buff poppy or make her unit cost a less price.
She is a level 3 unit but she is useless. A level 3 unit should be way stronger than what current poppy is.

Poppy weak? Damn her ability is so strong. Huge damage + long CC and can hit multiple champions. Basically an execute. She is super tanky considering the 60% miss chance. Even standalone she is worth it.

Read somewhere about a buff to the damage to her ability. I guess its something. Also I think she just needs her mana cost nerfed by 25 to be honest. You get mana when attached and she is a front liner, but in a Yordle comp she dodges to much and missing out on gaining mana as a front liner. The dodging is what really hurts her sometimes. I have seen some tanky Poppy's though
