So when can we expect champion skins changing depending on if you have that skin or not for that champion? (and maybe other players too?)

That would be an interesting concept :O Hopefully riot would implement something like this in the future (with a mode to turn it off and on for newer players)

I would love to use my skins on champions in tft. That would potentially even increase skin sales :o

never because skins are already used to identify the champions in certain factions. such as how pirates are wearing their pirate skins, vayne is wearing her weird archlyte skin, and so on.
