TFT- Game disconnects followed by black screen

Ive played a few games and every now and then they randomly disconnect and when they reconnect it is just a black screen. I cannot see or do anything for upwards of 5 minutes, and the game for opponents continues as if I am just not making choices. Once it even cost me the game as I disconnected for a while and came back to only 20 HP from 70. I've tried to see if it is my internet but it doesn't disconnect, and works fine, but League randomly does. I've even tried where LoL was the only thing running and it still disconnected. It seems to happen to me once or twice every few games, the longest I went was 3 before it struck again.

The mode is fun don't get me wrong but the random crashes/disconnects makes me sad cause I cannot fight back. IS there any way I can try to fix this?
