So With the New Champ Select What Happens to Duo Top?

I'm curious about it as with team builder you can duo top if you want, but from what I understand of this new champ select you can only solo top. What happens if me and a friend want to duo top? Can we do that now? I LOVE duo top but with the new change does this make it "unsportsmanlike" if you duo top? Is this Riot's way of saying NO to duo top now?

Could I select sup top, and my friend tank/whatever top, and go with them? OR am I matched to bot sup? I'm confused ahhh!

Also: "What about jungle????" Wards. Ward. The. Jungle. When you see enemy jungler go into yours, strategically attack him enough so he either A dies or B runs off. That way you can take WHATEVER you want from jungle WHENEVER and not get yelled at. Literately. That's how all my duo top games go. So long as jungle has at least 3 wards top or 2 bot the jungle RARELY if not EVER gets invaded unless its midgame or the jungler is fed.

I honestly do NOT have a problem with the new champ select I'm just curious about it and just wanted to ask encase me and a friend want to duo top. I'm Pretty sure if it IS possible it'd be a 5 man premade--I just only have 2 friends I regulatory play with so it might not happen.

I'm just very confused sorry...
