Fix The In Game Matching

Just surrendered in a game at STAGE 4-5 because TWO people were at 100 TWO PEOPLE hadn't lost ONCE. ALMOST STAGE FIVE and they had NEVER fought each other. But I, on the other hand, fought them 8/9 times.

Fix This. My God. The bottom 4 people shouldn't be facing the top two people OVER AND OVER AND OVER while they never get a chance to break the others win streak.
