New Client Bug

The queue for aram popped I accepted and then this happened. I could see the countdown bar going down but the number didnt change from 0 https://imgur.com/6k6QjHZ The game loaded and then it looked like this. Haven't seen this before. https://imgur.com/ZuuIjSX

Edit: My client is totally frozen I need to restart my whole computer to get rid of it. Can't even force it closed with task manager.
