I'm not going to tell you she's overpowered because I don't think her winrate is that bad.
HOWEVER
allowing one champion to disable entire teams with onhit effects is toxic to play against. Especially because you geniuses gave her Blademaster for the extra attack AND Desert to counter the one class that counters her.
They should nerf Sivir utlimate, not blademasters.
The problem with Sivir alongside other carries like Ashe and Twitch is that they're absolutely useless without items but extremely strong with.
i had a 4/6 Glacial. 6/6 Berserker. 2/6 Blademaster
Sivir with Berserker Spatchy, Frozen Mallet Spatchy, and Silence item thing. with 2x Zekes hitting her. It was pretty hilarious watching her 1412903819023 Berserker procs freeze everything indefinitely.
