As someone who mained cho last season

Please don't let these changes go through.

I'm not gonna make a page because I'm a lazy piece of shit, but I rocked an 83% winrate with cho last season, with about 35 games played and I really enjoyed the playstyle I had developed.

I still play him, although i havnt started ranked this season, and would not like Riot to force another champion's fanbase into a role that riot deems fit.

I play cho as a bruiser, not a tank, and his AP ratios/early game-mid game scaling were very important to that. I would rush hextech glp and alter my build from there.

For non-cho players, the reason I mention early and mid game scaling is because the changes to his ult stacking mechanic are a HUGE nerf to his early and midgame.

The only thing these changes accomplish is forcing chogath into a late game tank.....

.....If only these changes went through in a season where a late game was even a possibility.

PS: i don't mean to qq on forums, this is a cho gath player giving feedback on his changes.

I REALLY like the direction of the changes. I do. It just doesn't feel like the changes address his weaknesses in any real way, other than to attempt to shore up his early game squishiness by making sure that he isn't punished for getting his ass kicked in lane. Is it just me or does his base damage NOT scale anymore with levels in the ability?

It's going to happen regardless of how the community feels, that's just how riot does things.

riots potential changes is such lazy balancing, If they truly wanted to help cho they would fix the unreliability of q and w but no that requires too much effort to do so instead lets just screw him over and nerf him under a pre text of a "buff", just like 6.24.

someone in the riot balancing team is hell bent on making cho a brain dead tank (wow so big, let's make him bigger that's so cool!), even when most true cho mains prefer him to be more of an AP bruiser/mage.

they will gut him just to make the transition to full tank easier as none of the previous mains will play him anymore. instead will be mao, naut players instead.

he currently rocks 35-45% winrates against loads of meta champs in all lanes! how will this solve anything? it won't, abandon your stupid ideas riot.

I don't play him often but he was fine. Change is not good. Khazix
