If the target of his spell is a lower star rating than veigar is it will be a guaranteed kill. I guess to make sure of it veigar does 20k damage average to the target
It is stupidky designed as it makes the dmg stats useless - you don't se the real damage he did. It should just be true damage equal to target HP if LoL doesn't have death effect.
Gold veigar is a blast.
I tend to ban veigar lately, since me as a squishy champ can't be able to stay on the map longer than 2 secs in late game since he oneshot me from 100 to 0 in 0,5 seconds
He donest 'actually' deal this DMG. xD
Read his ability: Veigar executes any unit with a lower star level than him. And since Rito Games is Rito Games they found no other way to do that other than giving him 20k DMG!
Against equal or higher star-level Veigar deals his normal dmg values.
