The video shows that neekos 3rd auto does more magic dmg right but if u have that 3rd auto and attack turrets it stays as the 3rd auto and doesn't change thats kinda op.If she is fed and 3rd autos the turret everytime.Takes the turret down in 2 hits.

Actually it doesn't work like that. Her w is bugged and doesn't work at all on towers ( in like 95% of the games). That's just a visual bug. https://vimeo.com/311876266
