an idea for tft

after playing a lot of tft (losing some and winning some), i feel like the matches ends too quickly. if im losing, i dont get enough time to make a comback and if i am winning, i wanna level up my team to max - but i dont have time. for me its like never being allowed to get that 1000stacks on nasus cuz the match ends too quickly. is it just me that wanna play a longer match instead of getting some quick wins/losses?

If you're on a win streak, you're incentivizes to keep spending gold and maximizing damage to others. This usually means spending less on leveling and more on rerolling so you upgrade your champions.

If you're on a loss streak, you're incentivized to keep losing while minimizing health loss, all the while hoarding gold to make a comeback. A lot lose from this because they don't spend enough gold when it's time to make a comeback.

I wish we could get a 1 time pause of 15 seconds or so when we fall bellow 10 HP to spend all our gold and use our items.

It's kinda bullshit when you are at 35 hp with max interest and fighting the no1 spot that for some reason is already ALL IN and then you spend like crazy cause you might be playing with someone at the bottom next AND YOU NEED TO SPEND AND BUY SO FUCKING FAST it's a joke.

1-time when our HP gets bellow 11 give us the chance to have 15 more seconds to spend. Or maybe just give every player a 15 sec token they can use when they want some thinking/spending time.

Agree, part of that is that damage on losses seems a bit high, even if just 1 piece survives it's usually 4+ damage in the early, compared to 1-2 in DAC, and later on Fights often get so stompy that you easily have 20-30 damage per loss, which is partially through RNG. If for example assasins are lucky, they delete all in crit seconds and lose at max 1 piece.

Another issue is that lvl ups later on have absurd costs.

Though anyway, if TFT is to stay, i'd like to be able to Que up in a 'Long' mode that simply has 150hp instead of 100 or something, so getting that lvl3 Akali is not just a dream.

I think the matches are a fine length. There's already a lot of awkward pauses in the game where you're doing nothing and waiting for the next round to start, I wouldn't want to see that become overboard.

I do agree it's difficult at the end if you are going an economy/interest route to try to dump your money for the last couple of battles, but that's just part of the strategy/game to me.
