duplicate items

please prevent the exact same items build on the same champion......

or we have to deal with champions like karthus being build into a corner, protected against assassins, stacked with two ludens and a hextech, that deals 2000 damage to the entire opponent party in about 5 seconds [sg-ahri-1]

there isn't much you can do, except using blitzcrank if you get one......
