How many games did it take you to get to gold?
I'm assuming everyone starts off Iron 2 in their prelims, and is placed anywhere between that and low bronze... How many games roughly did it take to hit gold?

38 games, but the whole climb was against platinums and golds for some reason.
Once I started playing ranked? Like 10? Took me far more to hit platinum.
2-3 dozen? Depends how much you win ;)
I was gold 2 last night...today im silver 1. :( Idk what it is, but I can't get used to the new changes.

Not sure. Though i went up to gold quite fast. Few weeks. However i played hundreds of normals before ranked back in the day. I just didn't felt the need to put extra pressure. Most players in elo-hell are the kind of guy who always play ranked when possible in any game. If they are on high rank and wana try something new, then they rather go smurfing, than play normal.
Was at Silver 1 when the new patch dropped, it trashed the gameplay, and now tumbling backwards.
Took me 15 wins to get to Plat IV. Not sure how many overall games I've played though...
I'm at 100 games and silver 1, 78 LP
for me in season 8, it took me at least 50 games to get to gold i mostly won and lost so like 42-8 when i got to gold
I played 6 games in unranked, switched to ranked and it took me 39 games to get to plat IV (about 8 1st place and ~25 top 4 I think?). ~100 games since then, I have gotten as high as plat II but am currently back in plat IV.
