i dont know why OCE and Asia got a limit of lvl10 to keep us off of their servers, but we didnt get one to keep everyone else out of NA. the queue times are insane. whoever thought this up obviously wasnt using all of their brain cells at peak efficiency. we have 60 minute MINIMUM queues right now and all riot has to do is implement the same stuff that they already have on other servers if they want to fix it.

Here's an update on long NA queue times:
- Looks like it's an issue with how our NA servers start games, resulting in lower capacity than we should have
- Not caused by other regions playing on NA
- We are testing a possible fix. If it works we will roll it out

Another update:
We believe we found the issue. We are rolling out the fix now, but may take a few hours. Queue times may get a bit worse until then. We don't expect this to be an issue for EU, which we are going to turn on very soon.
