What is Volibears cast range?
Sometimes it seems to be 1 tile, sometimes it seems to be 3, the inconsistency is shocking

I have seen 
stand still and sequentially oneshot an entire team from across the board.
It seems to be that he first looks for targets next to him, then he moves one tile and checks again, and if he then doesn't have a nearby opponent, he casts on the closest target regardless of total distance.
