Other game modes have a wait time, in order for everyone to load into the game. Why doesn't TFT have the same wait time? Since the launch of TFT, I have never gotten a chance to choose the first champ. Can you include longer wait time for everyone to load into the game?

I'm almost always having the worst items because I don't get to choose in the carousel because I didn't load fast enough. Why this game should be any different to other games when it comes to waiting other players to load?

Kei1431 votesI get your same problem cos my internet sucks. Though nowadays, I just accept a game, and then alt tab and let the game autopilot for the first round.
I can always work around my first buy later.
Serenity VIP2 votesI do that too, but the issue can be fixed with a simple time gate like other game modes. Riot even said they made a time wait in SR because they wanted it to be fair that everyone loaded in together, as there were advantages for those who loaded in faster than everyone else.
Vecturn1 votesI agree that this is an issue. But it should be noted that there IS a waiting period after you spawn in when you can't touch the champions.
If you try to walk through one you end up hitting an invisible wall for a few seconds. Obviously those few seconds aren't enough time for everyone to spawn in.
