Load BUG TFT

Every game I played so far, I keep getting placed on the TFT board with a random champ, I never get an opportunity to pick a champ when first loaded into the game. Can you please do something about that? at least have a wait time at the start of the game like summoners rift games so everyone is loaded in properly before the game starts.
